The Fiat 500 Prima Edizione was the first production Fiat 500 models off of the assembly line at the Fiat factory located at Toluca, Mexico. The first 500 cars were named Prima Edizione, and were first offered for sale to Fiat Club America members at the 2010 Fiat FreakOut. Apart from the special badges and stitching I don't think there is anything different about these Fiat's but you can definitely say it is rare since there are only 500 with this badge!
