For the beloved Volkswagen Beetle, iconic design never goes out of fashion. And for the 2018 model there’s a new special edition with classic touches. It’s called the Beetle Coast. It features a unique Deep Sea Teal exterior color option, a surfboard wood-look dashboard with integrated Beetle bin storage, houndstooth cloth seating surfaces, all-season Monster Mats, scuff plates and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert. Based off of the entry-level S trim, the Coast carries an MSRP of $23,970 while the convertible costs about $3,700 more. The other big news for 2018 is the switch from a 1.8-liter turbo to a 2.0-liter turbo.
